Vouchers / Memberships /Subscription -Only original voucher is valid, every gift voucher will has a code. -Lost vouchers will not be refunded If you have forgotten the voucher, you will have to pay for the service. -Photo voucher or copy voucher is invalid and we only need original voucher. We reserve the right to offer you another treatment for the value of your voucher if the treatment you have chosen is not available at our spa. -We also offer you the opportunity to reschedule your treatments at our spa at a later date if the treatment is not available. -The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Redeem Your Gift Gift cards / Vouchers: We will help you with the reservation please call for the appointments. We are located at Thonglor soi 13, Mon-Sun 11am-10pm, last appointment is at 8pm, voucher can be redeemed at any time. If the person is not interested in our service or is out of, We do not refund vouchers. We reserve the right to offer you another treatment to the value of your voucher if your chosen treatment is not available at our spa. We also offer you the option to reschedule your treatments at our spa at a later date if the treatment is not available. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Contraindication for massage: 1.osteoporosis/arthritis/steroids: In older people or people with insufficient bone strength, firm pressure can lead to bone fractures. Massage is therefore prohibited for people with a serious history of bone fractures. 2. cancer or tumor: The circulatory effect of massage may cause cancer cells to spread to other parts of the body. Please consult your doctor before booking a massage. 3. no massage on the wounds and skin disease or skin infection area. 4. fever: more than 38 degrees Celsius together with weakness, increasing blood circulation can spread the infections further into the bloodstream. 5. no shower after the massage, please wait until the body has cooled down. 6. no massage in the area of injury or sprain or if there are symptoms of inflammation (pain, swelling, redness, warmth or heat in the area of injury) 7. surgical area: Please have your doctor examine you before booking a massage. 8. no massage for customers under medication such as anticoagulants or blood thinners. 9. do not remove supports or special support stockings or splint during the massage as we do not massage this area and the joint associated with this injury. 10. no massage during pregnancy under 4 months. 11. high blood pressure: massage leads to a slight increase in BP. Traditional Thai massage or other treatments have nothing to do with erotic activities. We clearly distance ourselves from erotic massages and to avoid any misunderstandings it is not allowed to touch the masseuses or make propositions.

Appointments Online We make every effort to ensure that the website is normally available 24 hours a day, however, should the Raku Spa website be unavailable for any reason unknown to us, RAKU SPA Co. Ltd. cannot be held liable. Please contact us at rakuspabangkok@gmail.com if you have any problems with your booking. You can choose your masseuse when booking online but we cannot guarantee that you will be treated by a different masseuse if special circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or send us an e-mail at least 6 to 12 hours in advance Appointments online will be confirmed by us again by SMS or phone. Redeeming a gift voucher: Please inquire by phone or e-mail. If desired online appointments are not available, please call us or send us an e-mail. For appointments within the next 2 hours, please call us.

Cancelation: If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please inform us min. 6 hours ahead. Please bare in mind that appointments made through Classpass you must cancel / move by yourself, as Classpass is not affiliated with Raku Spa.

Noise and cell phones - Raku Spa should be a place of rest and relaxation. We do our best to ensure that you are not disturbed. - We ask you to speak quietly during the treatment and to adapt to the surroundings. - We ask you to switch off your mobile phone or set it to silent so that other customers are not disturbed.

Children Unfortunately we cannot provide an environment for children to play without disturbing our customers. We ask that children are not brought into the spa.
